Advisory Committee

Building the next era of creativity, community, and rural arts leadership.

The Princeton Art Guild is forming a new Advisory Committee to help guide our vision, strengthen community connections, and support the growth of creative opportunities across Caldwell County and the surrounding region.

This committee is part of our long-term succession planning and leadership development, ensuring that the Guild continues to grow with fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, and strong community support. We’re looking for people who are energized by our mission (Art is for Everyone) and who believe creativity can help rural communities thrive.

What the Advisory Committee Does

The committee provides forward-thinking insight, helps identify new partnerships, and offers guidance on programs connected to:

Rural arts development
Creative placemaking
Education & youth engagement
Community well-being
Workforce development through Civic Design
Public art & cultural initiatives

Members do not handle daily operations. This group thinks big, helps shape direction, and serves as a sounding board for new ideas.

Who We’re Looking For

Commitment

One-year term
Quarterly meetings
Occasional collaboration or review outside meetings as needed
A shared commitment to mission-first, community-minded work
Occasional volunteer hours
